Questions and Answers

Does my dog need to be social?

Nope! All services I provide are private, only with dogs from the same household, and I am happy to accommodate selective, reactive, or poorly socialised dogs.

I would consider offering socialisation training if interested is demonstrated, but I do not offer it at this time.

Do you offer pet or house sitting?

Not currently, as I have my own house and dogs I cannot easily move around between others. However, I do offer 'drop in care' which helps with anxious dogs, breaking up long work days, or providing daily care for your dog such as play and feeding time, which may be of assistance.

In future I hope to offer dog sitting in my home, but the business is not currently viable to seek the appropriate approvals etc. which are required.

How many dogs can you walk at once?

How many have you got?
I include up to two dogs within the asking price for my services. Whilst I can accommodate three or more dogs, a small fee would apply. Please enquire to discuss in further detail.

My dog is a nightmare on lead! Is that ok?

Absolutely! I am totally understanding and experienced with issues such as anxiety, reactivity, and poor lead training. There is no need to be embarassed or worried about your dog's behaviour in my care as I do private walks only so that I can accommodate their individual needs. Often, being difficult on lead is a self perpetuating cycle as it means they get less exercise and in turn only become more difficult as they are bored, stressed, inexperienced, etc. Don't fall into that trap! I am here to help.
